Wushu武术 I

武术1的叙别会在7月25日，上午8点至12点举行了2015年的叙别会。

首两个小时，武术1团员被分成9组，一组7个人左右，在最短的时间内，完成武术AJK为他们精心准备的种种考验与难题,例如：两人三足、金鸡独立、比手划脚、心有灵犀等等。

 

旋风外摆腿

Materials: Some chairs that is tall

1. The cans are put on the chair.
2. By using their legs, the team members have to make the cans drop onto the floor. ( using the wushu skill 外摆腿 that the teacher taught )
3. The team that drops more than 30 cans in 5 minute wins.

*1 point for each can dropped

比手划脚

Materials: paper that are written with some wushu skills

1. 1 of the team member is chosen.
2. The chosen people are allowed to face the stationer while other group members do not allowed looking at what the stationer showed the chosen people.
3. The stationer will show the chosen people about what to act to let other members guess. ( such as: 外摆腿、内摆腿、弓步冲拳。。)
4. The stationer can change the chosen people to other members. ( 轮流 )
5. The team that guesses the answer right for more than 12 times in 5 minutes wins. J

*The chosen people do not allowed saying any words to help their team in guessing.

*1 point for each right answer

金鸡独立

1. There are 2 teams in this station.
2. Each member hops on one leg, holding the other foot by the ankle up at his rear.
3. To win, the member must force the opponent to lose balance and let go of his ankle, fall down, or step out of the circle.
4. The only contact allowed is bumping shoulders – no grabbing.
5. The team that the most team members ‘survives’ in the circle wins. J

*1 point for each member survived

两人三足

Materials: some clothes

1. Team members are divided into 2 people a pair.
2. Each pair is given a cloth to wrap their feet together.
3. Each pair of the team have to line up and take turns to bring the green beans provided to a plastic container placed a distance from the starting line.
4. The team that fills the green beans more than the limits given wins. J

*the more the green beans fill the container, the higher the point is.

*time given: 5 minutes

穿、传衣服

Materials: two XXL t-shirts

1. The team members are told to line up in a horizontal line.
2. The first people is given 2 XXL t-shirt and when the time starts, the first person has to wear those 2 t-shirts, then take off the t-shirt and pass to another team members.
3. Within 2 minutes 30 seconds, all the team members must have wore those 2 t-shirts and passes back to the first person just like what had done before. ( wear and take off t-shirts )
4. Teams that fulfill the task win. J

抛接绣球

Materials: tennis ball or other balls

1. The team members have to line up in a straight line.
2. The first person has to go to a place given and faces other team members to throw the ball towards the team member while the second team member in the line has to grab the ball with 1 hand.
3. Before throwing the ball, the first person has to turn for 10 rounds.
4. A person has the chance to throw the ball for 3 times each turn.
5. After all the team members had thrown the ball, the game ends.
6. The team that catches >8 balls wins. J

*1 point for each ball caught
